Sunday Worship

When

Sundays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM; followed by a time of Fellowship

What Should I Expect on Sunday?

At Dublin Presbyterian Church (DPC) you’ll find a welcome, casual atmosphere with powerful worship, and practical, relevant teaching in a friendly and loving environment. We gather as people of different backgrounds, callings, personalities and ages to acknowledge and worship the Living God. There are no expectations to join us for worship! ALL are welcome in our midst.

Our worship style has a mix of traditional and contemporary elements. The adult choir sings in worship from September through the end of May every year, and they perform selections from all genres and styles of music from classical to contemporary. The DPC Praise Team and Junior Praise Team also performs each Sunday throughout the year and provides uplifting and spiritual contemporary music. Throughout the season the DPC youth choir and hand chimes perform. The worship is complete with a sermon from the pastor and congregational singing. The congregational singing ranges from traditional hymns, to contemporary songs. This music is accompanied on our Schantz 2-manual 16-rank pipe organ, and our Baldwin grand piano, along with instrumental accompaniments including guitar, drums, and other instruments.

Throughout the year the adult choir, praise team, and children will perform special musical services such as a cantata or a youth Christmas pageant. Brass musicians and orchestral instruments are brought in to help us celebrate special services such as Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday.

Communion is served once per month during worship. We have an open table to all, so participate as you are comfortable.
